SAF Technologies provides both preventive maintenance
programs and on-demand/emergency response services
to insure that the systems we install and/or service
will continually perform at peak efficiency. Whatever
systems you have, we will keep them working at
a superior up-time percentage. We will provide
highly qualified personnel at agreed upon intervals
to inspect, adjust, calibrate and clean your equipment.
We operate a 24 hour, 365 days per year emergency
service facility, with extremely adept, qualified
engineering and technical support personnel. We
provide an on-demand and emergency response service
which guarantees that, in the event of a failure,
we will provide an onsite inspection and make
every effort to correct the emergency, irrespective
of holidays and weekends. Fixed price maintenance
is available on new installations for five years,
and includes all repairs or replacement of equipment
during the period (excluding accidental or malicious
damage). Maintenance can also be provided for
existing installations, subject to survey. Where
design failure on the part of a previous provider
has left you vulnerable, SAF Technologies will
provide remedial service options for your consideration
and implementation. We will typically try and
educate our clients of the risk/cost ratio and
allow reason to guide the decision process.
