Commercial Doors and Hardware refers to the door frames, doors, glass and associated hardware. You can have as many as four or five different contractors supplying doors, frames, hardware, locks, keys, intrusion and access control parts and labor for just one door. If a door fails during warranty, who do you call? Since 2011, SAF has been providing all the above services inclusively. This makes it much easier because you only need to work with one partner, not four or five. Extreme Customer Service The SAF Educational Academy, created in 2015, brings both technical and management training to our internal customers (our employees) and our external customers (our clients). In 2016, we opened our interactive training center in Matthews, NC. In addition to classes and workshops, the training center is used to evaluate and vet new technology before we sell it to any customers. The academy also hosts our annual Southeast Security Expo as well as numerous webinars and factory certification training classes.
